Is there a quick way to rank keywords on a website?
The short answer is no, not if you want to play by the rules.
The issue is if you go the black hat route and try and force yourself to #1 then it will be short term gain with pain following later.

If you can't rank for the core keywords, try to add some related keyword modifiers to the page title.
