how to remove incorrect snippet?

Hello,

The below URL is a live link and for some reason has a snippet about me under the title and when you click on the link, it takes you to a post that has nothing to do with me. I tried to run it through Google’s Remove Outdated Content Tool ( not to remove URL but to remove incorrect snippet in search results) but it Denies.
