Search Console shows website urls combined with gtm code as 404 not found

Hi, all I'm getting some of my website URLs combined with gtm code as 404 not found.

This is am getting:

https://ergofurniture.com.au/product-category/chairs/ergonomic-stools-and-saddle-chairs/page/2/“https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-xxxxx”

Any suggestions?
