Unless there is a very good reason, and I mean a extremely good reason to tell Google not to index that page, it is probably a mistake to do so.
Without seeing the site and the pages you are excluding from indexing my best advice is "Stop this Practice" immediately.
Example of a good reason to use "no index":
Put no index directives in the htaccess file on new websites you construct. After the site is ready for publishing remove the no index restriction.
