Changed website title and meta data

I finally had my website ranking 1 in a few keywords but some other strong keywords my site was ranking 4th. About 2 weeks ago I decided to optimise my h1 headers, meta data and website title better hoping to rank top for all my selected keywords. It was changes such as putting my keyword to the start of of my homepage title. I followed the layout of other websites ranking first across different industries.

I am not sitting 4th for nearly all keywords and wondering how long does it take for google bump me back up after doing all these changes. Im very confident i didnt make anything worse

Sounds as if you made a few changes at the same time.

It also sounds like you made things worse.  If you haven't seen any improvements in 2 or 3 weeks, I suggest you put it back the way it was and start afresh.

If you would share the domain name we may even be able to provide you some pointers in the right direction.

Good advice?

It conjointly feels like you created things worse. If you haven't seen any enhancements in a pair of or three weeks, I counsel you place it back the method it had been and begin anew. If you'd share the name we have a tendency to might even be ready to give you some pointers within the right direction.

This is not certainly a solution to rank number one on google, yes it works for a while but never last longer.
