Internal nofollow links harming my SEO?

Hi guys. I've started an adult niche tube site. I'm using a mass embedder plugin to pull content from sites like p0rnhub etc and autopost for me (I change titles, descriptions, alt tags, metadescriptions etc to avoid duplicate content).

I recently did a Ryte site analysis and it came back with a load of errors saying all my video posts were internal nofollow links and that isn't good for SEO.

Is this correct? Are internal nofollows bad? If they are can someone explain how I fix this (in layman's terms, I'm a bit of a noob).

Also, Yoast plugin says my posts have no internal or external links. My posts have internal links to other related videos and I have external links to affiliate offers on my pages. What's up with Yoast?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Hutch.

Hi Hutch,

Internal nofollows are done correctly if they're implemented correctly - if you PM me your site, I could take a look and help with this.

Also, in short, Yoast is an awful plugin. Not saying it's reporting incorrectly, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.

Good advice?
