Regarding Goal Setup in Google Analytics

Hi All,

I want to create Goal and setup on the contact form and there are 2 contact form 1) Contact Page and 2) Request Page and when the form will submit the bothe form will redirect on the below page...

https://example.com/thank-you/?type=quote

https://example.com/thank-you/?type=contact

So please let me know when will create a goal then will put /thank-you/?type=quote and its correct or not. If you can explain how to setup then it would be ok too.
