Business address location for non-local SEO

Hi

I was told that having a phone and street address on the contact page is a strong trust signal and a SEO ranking factor.

In my latest website upgrade I am adding a virtual phone# and a virtual business address (in London).  My business is international, ie not local.

QUESTION:  Does it matter if the street address is at a prestigious street (costs over 120 euros /year) or a less famous neighborhood (about 30 euros/year)?
