Does Blacklisted IP address impact in SEO and backlink indexing?

Hello,

while i checked mxlookbox in today, I found my ip address is blacklisted for some reason. Is it will impact my SEO activities? in below, I added the listed. I will be grateful if i found the right answer. I am facing indexing issues today. For example, my backlinks are not indexed by google for few days. I tried indexable backlink also which was indexed within 24 hours previously. But nothing happens in this time.

From the way you have described things, it appears your backlink strategy has violated Google's policies.

Hence they have removed you from the index.
