Need Help with Google Insights Issues

Hi guys,

I'm new to this place, but I was advised to get help from her when I need it.

I'm wondering about my website if there is any way to make it as fast as it should be since I checked it in Google insights & it seems that it needs some work on it.

It keeps telling that in order to have a better score you may need to minify Css & Javascript but I have no idea how to fix them
