Page Analysis - Keyword in beginning of content

I am using SE Ranking to analyze a specific page/keywords. The analysis keeps nagging me about "Use the keyword at the beginning of the content". The keyphrase I have entered (Afinia L801 Color Label Printer) is mentioned at least twice in the opening text of the page (not H1/H2 etc).

No matter what I do, I can't get rid of this warning. Perhaps I'm not understanding what is expected here.

Can someone suggest where I am going wrong on this?
