What is the best keyword discovery tool?

There are a number of keyword discovery tools. To name a few:

1. Google Keyword Planner
2. Bing Keyword Planner
3. Google/Bing search (related questions)
4. keywordtool.io
5. Soovle
6. Jaaxy
7. Ahrefs Keyword Planner
8. Moz's Keyword Planner

Personally, I only use Google or Bing's keyword planners. Reason being, the data is coming from the horse's mouth - the other services are making predictions, or they're just using Google's data and recycling it. 

According to me Google Keyword planner is the best keyword research tool. Ahrefs, Uber Suggest, Semrush, Keywordtool.io are also doing well.
