What is This supposed to mean in terms of SEO?

Hey Guys, a client of mine send me this message, but then, unfortunately, stopped responding, what does it mean: "you can have one bold word which will be the anchors - excellent folding treadmills"

The anchor text is basically like the mask for a URL on a link.

For example, if I were to type my website without anchor text it would look like https://www.aidanseo.com/

If I wanted to include description anchor text on it, it would be written as <a href="https://www.aidanseo.com/">NYC SEO Company</a>
