There are many tools that will check for spammy links. For example - Moz, Ahrefs, SEOpowersuite & Majestic all do this.
But remember, a metric is only their software's guess. It does not mirror reality. Once the software flags the links as spammy, make sure to vet them yourself. Then disavow if you feel that is the right move.
