Is Subdomain Get Affect to Your Main Domain in Terms of SEO Purpose?

Our Website is ranked in the top 5, but after making a subdomain our website is not ranked even on the first page.

Is it possible after making a subdomain or is it our SEO strategy?

Our Main Website is: magecomp . com

Our Subdomain is: seo.magecomp . jcom

Hope I get the solution for this here.

Well first I would suggest you re-think your strategy.

Sub-domains do not transfer ranking juice as effectively as sub-pages do.

I would undo all that you have done since you just started.

go with the following...

magecomp.com/seo/

do not use seo.magecomp.com

Now all ranking juice is kept on the site and not split between the main domain and the sub-domain.
